AX TRANSFORMATION · FDE

We go on-site, until the system runs.

byteforce goes on-site as a Forward-Deployed Engineer, working directly inside your organization. Instead of handing over a report and leaving, we build, deploy, and stay on through operations for a while. Enterprise-wide transformation doesn't end on a slide — it ends in a system that actually runs.

AX · Why tools alone aren't enough

We adopted the tools, the way we work stayed the same.

It's easy to think a license and a model finish the transformation. But what changes is the tool, not how the work actually gets done. People keep the same flow they had yesterday, and the automation stays a tab nobody opens. byteforce isn't in the business of selling tools — we rebuild how the work happens and the system that runs it, together. Consultants hand over a report and leave; byteforce writes production code directly on your infrastructure and stays on through operations.

Tool adoptionThe tool attaches to one spot — how the work gets done doesn't change.
byteforceThe whole way you work, across the flow, running as one system again.

Rollout process · Five gates you can stop at

We start with diagnosis. You decide whether to continue at every gate.

We don't commit to an enterprise-wide rollout up front. Diagnosis → Design → PoC → Deployment → Operations — five stages, each ending in a Go/No-Go gate. Whether to move forward is a decision we make together, based on results. Contracts run stage by stage, so if you stop, it ends cleanly at that point. The first gate, diagnosis, carries no contractual obligation — we look at the situation first, and decide whether to proceed after.

In plain termsWe don't lock you into one big contract up front. At each stage, you decide whether to continue based on the results.

Each gate is its own contract — stop, and it's only for that stage.

Deployment — going on-site to bring the system online

  1. DiagnoseWe look at the ground first.
  2. BuildWe build it together.
  3. OperateWe run it together, all the way through operations.

WORKED EXAMPLES

Work that used to be scattered across manual steps, now running as a single flow.

If the case cards above stop at what a project left behind, here we pick two and lay out exactly how work that was scattered before adoption became a single flow after it. We're not listing numbers here — just showing what connects to what, as nodes and arrows. Steps a person once copied by hand became connections inside the system.

CASE 01

Heavy-equipment dispatch — from manual handling to one flow

HEAVY MATCH used to handle dispatch request, vehicle assignment, job confirmation, fee calculation, and settlement as separate manual steps. After adoption, a request triggers the 3-stage dispatch to run end to end, with fees split automatically at each stage all the way through settlement.

Before adoption · ManualDispatch requestVehicle assignmentJob confirmationFee calculationSettlement
After adoption · Automatic flowDispatch requestVehicle assignmentJob confirmationFee calculationSettlement

Fee calculation → settlement runs through automatic, stage-by-stage distribution.

CASE 02

E-commerce operations — from scattered screens to one operating view

선택 used to track ordering, settlement, revenue, and inventory alerts across separate screens. Now ordering and settlement are automated, and a revenue dashboard, AI advisor, and KakaoTalk alerts come together in one operating view.

AI GOVERNANCE · AUDIT TRAIL

After rollout — who's in control, and what gets recorded?

Getting the system running was the story up to this point. Inside an enterprise, the next question is the one that stalls sign-off — what this AI is allowed to see and do, who sets that boundary, and what gets recorded if something goes wrong. byteforce doesn't stop at building the system — we layer policy, control, and audit on top of it, so the items a security or infosec review will ask about are already built in.

  1. POLICYThe rules for who can access what, and how far.
  2. CONTROLThe boundary the model doesn't cross.
  3. AUDITA log you can trace back to see what happened.

Active evidence · Low-friction start

We show the credentials sign-off will ask for first, then start with diagnosis.

A security or infosec review looks at who's doing the work. byteforce is a team that has completed 14 official Anthropic courses. That means the team designing your policy and controls holds an official Claude credential — not an outside vendor bolting on generic tools. Technical vulnerability assessments and re-checks with every deploy are handled by the same team at Security Center, so you don't have to commission governance (what's allowed) and security (what's actually exploitable) separately. Even deciding where the control and audit layers go starts with diagnosis, not a locked-in contract.
